For many of the people we treat, getting back in the saddle is the goal. A rider recovering from a joint replacement, an injury, or a long stretch of back pain wants the strength, balance, and confidence to ride again — and our physical therapists build a plan to get them there. For others, the horse itself is part of the treatment: through hippotherapy, the natural movement of a horse becomes a powerful tool for improving posture, coordination, muscle tone, and focus.
